🐾 Important Grooming Policy Update 🐾

At Woof Woof Wagging, we always do our very best to complete every groom safely and to a high standard. However, there are times when a full groom may not be possible — for example:

-Your dog becomes too anxious or stressed to continue,

-We cannot safely dry or finish them, or

Your dog repeatedly soils during the appointment, requiring extra cleaning time.

In these situations, the full grooming fee will still apply.

This is because each appointment time is specially reserved for your dog, and our team’s time, equipment, and resources are all dedicated to them during that slot. Even if a groom cannot be completed, we’ve still provided our time, effort, and professional care.

To ensure personalized attention to each pet, we operate by appointment only.

Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but appointments are recommended.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Pricing:

Our prices are subject to change and are based on the size, breed, and condition of the pet's coat.

Additional charges may apply for matting or special grooming requests.

A final quote will be provided during the in-person assessment.

Matting and Coat Condition:

Pets with severely matted coats may incur additional charges due to the extra time and care required.

We prioritize the well-being of the pet, and in some cases, a complete shave may be recommended for the pet's comfort and health.

Health and Vaccinations:

For the safety of all pets and our staff, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations.

Please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or pre-existing conditions your pet may have.

Late Arrivals:

We strive to maintain a timely schedule. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened grooming session or rescheduling.

Aggressive Pets:

The safety of our groomers is paramount. If your pet has aggressive tendencies, please inform us in advance to discuss the best approach for their grooming.

However, due to the personalized nature of our services and the time and resources invested in each appointment, we are unable to offer refunds once services have been rendered.
